In order to research this book, she studied criminal profiling and took law enforcement courses in Atlanta. This is her first serial killer novel, and she is currently working on her third, also featuring Keye Street.

John KV Eunson was born in Shetland and moved to the mainland to see where all that North Sea Oil went to. Graduating from Edinburgh University, where he excelled at Earth Science 1, John has worked for many years in bookselling and publishing. Having lived in Scotland for most of his life and being fairly interested in old things, John is ideally qualified to write a book on Scottish history. John KV Eunson is 42, but looks up to 18 months younger.

Florence Knight

Florence Knight is a Sunday Times columnist and head chef at Polpetto in Soho. She studied at London College of Fashion before deciding to follow her passion for food, studying at Leiths School of Food and Wine. She then went on to work with French master baker Richard Bertinet, as a pastry chef at the Diamond Club, where the kitchen was led by Raymond Blanc, and in 2010 joined Polpetto, the small Venetian-inspired restaurant owned by Russell Norman.

John Knell, along with Richard Reeves, are co-founders of the Intelligence Agency, a strategy and research consultancy. Their roster of clients includes BT, Accenture, Sky, PricewaterhouseCoopers, NESTA, PepsiCo, the Arts Council, Orange and the BBC. They are both contributors to the Whitehall Top Management Programme.
Andrew Klavan

Andrew Klavan was born in New York City. Before becoming a full-time writer he worked as a newspaper reporter and radio news-writer and editor. He is also the author of five novels under the pseudonym Keith Peterson.

Brian Kimberling

Brian Kimberling is a native of Indiana and a graduate of Indiana University. In the mid-nineties he was a research assistant for a major study of Indiana songbirds, an experience central to his first book, SNAPPER. Since then he has lived and worked in the Czech Republic, Mexico, Turkey and England. He began writing SNAPPER on the Bath Spa Creative Writing MA in 2009, and was awarded the first annual Janklow & Nesbit Prize for the best manuscript to emerge from the course.
