Headline Store closure: Everything You Need To Know
The Headline Store has now closed. Since opening, we’ve enjoyed some real successes selling our books directly to readers, but now we’re keen to spend more time and investment marketing Headline books via existing retail channels, as well as expanding the reach and impact of our social channels.
We apologise if this news causes any disappointment, and we have very much appreciated your support with the store.
Any books purchased up until and including this date will be supplied. For refunds and returns, please visit our policy page or contact support@headline.co.uk
FAQs below:
Where is my order?
All open orders placed prior to the store closing on 17th April will be fulfilled. Please contact customer services if your order is outstanding at support@headline.co.uk
What do I do if I’ve requested a refund?
As per our Terms of Service, customers who have requested a refund will have the full balance refunded to the original payment method used at purchase.
Where can I now buy Headline books?
You can buy Headline books direct from any bookshop or online book retailer.
I am a customer and/or newsletter subscriber. What will happen to my data?
In order to resolve any queries that may arise, we will retain all customer and transactional data for a period of three months, after which we will delete your personal data other than where necessary to comply with applicable accounting and taxation laws, which generally require retention for 7 years from the end of the relevant financial or tax year in which the transaction, order or payment took place. You will no longer receive email marketing from the Headline Store if you had opted in to do so. Any other email marketing delivered by Hachette UK that you have opted in to will not be impacted.
I have another question. Who can I speak to?
Please contact support@headline.co.uk with any other questions or issues.
