They practice law in the US and run a boutique law firm providing representation in NY state & mediation services nationwide for those hoping to negotiate intentional families. While living in Germany and serving US Americans living overseas, Diana founded the Euro LGBTQ+ Family Law Institute, a network of lawyers serving LGBTQIA+ families across Europe, in collaboration with a worldwide network of lawyers collaborating for the advancement of LGBTQIA+ rights.
