TANKFEST is the world’s best display of historic moving armour in the world. In 2026 at the end of June, the 26th , 27th and 28th, we are thrilled to have Hamish de Bretton-Gordon joining us to speak about his new book, Tank Command. His experience and perspective of commanding tanks during his career with The Royal Tank Regiment bring the human story of armoured warfare vividly to life. The Museum has played a small part in the research aspect of this book and we can not wait for it to be available for Tank enthusiasts around the world.’

This is a prize draw to win a pair of tickets to TANKFEST 2026

To enter, please upload your proof of purchase of Tank Command by Hamish de Bretton Gordon, publishing
03/06/2026, together with your name and contact details and from a retailer of your choice.

The winner will be selected at random from the entries received in accordance with these terms
and conditions by a member of the Headline Publishing Group Limited marketing team, whose
decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

A purchase is necessary to enter: please purchase a copy of Tank Command by Hamish de Bretton Gordon and upload your proof of purchase to enter.

The prize draw opens at 12:01 am BST on 24/03/2026 and closes at 11:59 pm BST on 03/06/2026.

Any entries received outside these specified times and dates will not be eligible for entry into the
prize draw. The winner will be informed by 01/07/2026 and they must confirm their acceptance
of the prize by 07/07/2026.

The prize includes 2 x TANKFEST 2026 tickets only. Travel, accommodation, meals, and transfer costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

The prize draw is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, except
employees of the Company, their families, or anyone professionally connected to the prize draw,
either themselves or through their families.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Second or subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries
will not be accepted via agents, third parties or in bulk.

The Company is not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide
unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.

The Company reserves the right to alter the prizes or cancel the prize draw without notice but will
try to avoid creating any undue disappointment. No cash alterna9ves to prizes will be provided. If a
winner is unable to accept their prize or cannot be contacted, the Company reserves the right to
select another winner.

The Company will make available the name and county of the winner to anyone who requests this
information by writing to the Company at the address shown below.

The Company is the data controller of Personal Data that it collects in the course of running the
prize draw and will use the Personal Data in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Notice

Data for the purposes of running the prize draw and delivering any prize(s) and will delete it after a
reasonable period from the end of the prize draw. “Personal Data” means names of entrants and

Company will not share such Personal Data with any third parties except for the purpose of
delivering the prize(s). The company will need to provide the winner’s address and other relevant
information to its distributor to enable the prize to be sent.

addresses of entrants will be used by the Company in accordance with its Privacy Notice
